This is the second class.

There is a recording of the first call which I recommend you listen to if you can. All the calls are recorded, so if you miss one, you can still hear it. Some people prefer to listen this way because you can stop and start it. You’ll get details of how to do this when you sign up below.

What is a teleclass? A live, interactive workshop conducted over the phone like a conference call. You’ll be able to listen and ask me questions.

When you sign up below you will receive an email with the number to call to join in and also with the links to the recording of the first call and the class notes.

The course structure and content. This is the second call of a 12 week teleclass series, divided up into 3 months of 4 classes each. In month one, the focus is on Thoughts, month two on Feelings, and month three on Actions. The course continues each Wednesday at 6.30pm and each class lasts an hour.

In these two free classes you’ll get to know about and experience:

  • matching up what you do with the results you get and why it’s so important
  • discovering what you want and why you want it
  • why affirmations often don’t work and what to do about it
  • creating your Success Seat and sitting on it, & why this works
  • inside out goal setting
  • intentions vs goals; why one works and the other doesn’t

You may feel like you know some of this content already; in fact, that’s quite likely! This course is more about remembering what you already know intuitively and putting it into practice, than me giving you yet more information, which is interesting but goes nowhere if you don’t use it. It’s one thing knowing stuff intellectually, and having lots of useful books on your bookshelf, but it’s quite another putting it into practice and seeing results! So if you think you could benefit from practicing and are ready to make real and lasting changes in your life and your business, then please join me on these classes.
