I used to hate the word meditation, imagining having to sit still with crossed legs for regular periods of time. That was until I realised that ‘meditation’ can cover all sorts of different things — and in this recording I invite you to use the power of your imagination as a meditation.

Use this when you want to invoke the energy of white light to calm down and relax your body and mind. Many people have also successfully used this particular meditation when they have been in physical pain. It lasts just 17 minutes.
