Here I let you into the workings of my mind as I go about my days, and how the spirit of rich thinking occurs in my life, and can therefore occur in yours too. All comments very welcome, as I learn and grow from everyone!

Movers and Shakers with Hay House

Blimey — nothing like doing everything at once, which is probably why I’ve completely forgotten to blog about an event that is really important: next weekend I’m attending the Movers and Shakers conference in London, run by Hay House publishing, and featuring Cheryl Richardson of ‘extreme care’ fame, and Reid Tracy CEO of Hay House.

I’m really excited about this, as not only will I be meeting lots of other people interested in the same things as me, ie bringing spirit into business, but also there is an opportunity for a slot on Hay House Radio, and a book contract. Woweee!

In the meantime I’m moving house this weekend so, having promised myself not to switch on the computer today, [read more]

One of my favourite affirmations is stating that no matter what the outer circumstances are, only good will come out of the situation I find myself in. This of course is an attitude of life, where you determine to find the positive in whatever life brings you. What it doesn’t mean is you get to only feel positive! Rather, I use it in 3 ways:

to help me feel better when times are tough

to direct my mind onto a path that is more nourishing than thinking the opposite

  • Do I have ‘lurching’ days more often than not, when I just seem to lurch from one thing to another?
  • Am I over-exhausted at night?
  • Have I fallen into thinking ‘if I want to get it done, I will have to do it myself’?
  • Do I visit social media sites and

Up here near the Findhorn Foundation, we have a weekly community newsletter, the Rainbow Bridge. It’s generally full of interesting information about what’s going on that week. It is started on the inside page with quotes from Eileen Caddy, and Dorothy MacLean, co-founders of the Findhorn Foundation, along with Peter Caddy.

This week, I read the quote and thought how appropriate it was for me, so I wanted to share it with you too. Here it is:

Why not start right now receiving your spiritual guidance at first hand and not through anyone else? Do you not realise that you have within you all wisdom, all knowledge, all understanding? You do not have to seek it without, but it [read more]

Can you say you have a good working relationship with your
money, or is it more like a distant-relative-type relationship? Maybe
you feel it’s like the relationship you have with your best friend. Or
perhaps you just hate having to deal with it at all, and it’s become
more like someone you don’t like spending time around.

For you to feel good about yourself and your business, one of the
crucial things is to have a friendship with your money. Although
not necessarily expressed in this way often, many successful
business people in all walks of life are quick to point out that
amongst their successful strategies within their businesses is their
commitment to paying loving attention to the state [read more]
