It’s easy at the moment to believe all you hear in the papers and other media — everywhere you look, people are talking about doom and gloom, the end of the financial system as we know it, rising prices, negative equity, you name it — there will be someone focusing on what we haven’t got.
I know that thinking like this makes me feel glum, to put it mildly. So I’ve been taking steps to surround myself with people and information that helps to make me feel positive.
