You probably know that old saying “Trust in God but tie up your camel.” Like many well-known sayings, there is plenty of truth in it, and it applies just as much to situations you want to transform.
To transform means ‘a marked change, usually for the better.’ In the online dictionary it suggests this usually refers to a manner or characteristic, but of course transformation can apply to any situation, in any context. The main thing is that it is a move from one place to another that is better. Better meaning more pleasant, fulfilling, hopeful, easier – you name it.

In a coaching session the other day, I was introducing the notion that those who are self-employed have a different mindset from those who are employees. I first heard of this notion through Robert Kiyosaki’s book The Cashflow Quadrant: The Rich Dad’s Guide to Financial Freedom.
