5 Benefits of Love in Your Business

You don’t very often read these two words ‘love’ and ‘business’ in the same sentence. But you probably know that bringing more love into anything is a good idea, and more love in your business will bring in a lot of things that will help to have your business flourish, just as a baby flourishes in the presence of a lot of love.

Being grateful for cancer

Gosh. This morning I was with Philip in ClanHaven, Aberdeen, the residential accommodation of the Clan House Cancer Charity, eating breakfast. Philip had been receiving chemo the day before, and we were preparing to come home.

I was chatting to a new lady, whom I hadn’t seen there before.

‘I’m from Shetland’, she said (the Shetland Isles, right off the top tip of Scotland) ‘my husband was diagnosed with bone cancer on Boxing Day. He was being treated for sciatica, and they found something going on in his lung, with referred pain to his hip’.
