is this free class via skype or phone? what do I need to do in order to be ready for 12 on Weds 25 August?

You can call in via Skype but I don’t recommend it as it is expensive with these particular call providers. What you need to do is go to http://www.richthinkers.co.uk/why-the-law-of-attraction-isnt-enough/
