What does fear really mean?

in Heart of RichThinking

On an earlier post I asked about what F.E.A.R. stands for, and someone currently on the RichThinking Way Programme emailed me direct with these two meanings:

False Expectations About Reality

False Experience Appearing Real

Here’s another couple I read about: Face Everything And Recover , and Forgetting Everything is All Right.

But my all time favourite is: Faith Eradicated, Awaiting Resurrection — because when faith is present, fear is absent. When faith is present, I am in a good-feeling place inside myself. When fear is present, it’s not such a good place — and yet I can use it to remind myself I’m off track and it’s just a warning sign to take the time to get back on track.

Any others, please post!
