Step by Step Rich Thoughts

posted in Articles

An affirmation, or Rich Thought, is a statement of something as if it were true, regardless of whether it’s truth is experienced in actuality or not. Some people are a bit put off by affirmations when they try them and they don’t work. I’ve found that that’s usually because they’re trying to cover up an open wound with an elastoplast, when what it really needs is a good cleaning out and a proper bandage. This is why many people who do affirmations think they don’t work. So how can you use them to make sure they do work?

Firstly, identify whether you’re dealing with a ‘graze’ or a deeper wound. By this I mean, whether you’re trying to shift the [read more]

How your prices tell the world who you are

I have just finished recording a great webinar with Siobhan Guthrie of ClientAttractingSecrets.com, who interviewed me on this very topic. I met Siobhan at a marketing conference way back in May, and we agreed then to support each other in our businesses, as her market is very similar to mine, in that she is has a kinesiology school in Ireland, as well as her CAS business.

She’s running an excellent webinar series entitled the 6 STEPPs Masterclasses to overcoming confusion, overwhelm, lack of clarity or confidence in attracting more clients to your holistic practice. I’m collecting these now, so if you have any more, let me know! [read more]

Think about it — if your desk had over 800 pieces of paper on it, there wouldn’t be much room for anything else — and that’s what it’s like if you have more than a screen full of emails in your inbox. It constricts and blocks energy in every area of your life, not just your business. And it comes from an [read more]

Clogged in-box, clogged energy…

This is how I started off the September issue of RichThinking Times yesterday, which you can receive by subscribing at my website. I’m repeating it here because of the response I had, which was from people who had nothing in their inboxes, to those with overflowing inboxes, and then 800 in their junk mail!
