When you are around someone whom you describe as radiant, you’re basking in their apparent light. You are in the presence of someone who is ‘beaming with hope or joy or love’ (Concise Oxford Dictionary). It is often very nourishing, and you may find yourself wanting to rub up against that person, perhaps hoping some of their radiance will spill over onto you. Mmm. Nothing like a marketing conference to make you realise you have to be really clear about the message you want to put across…
I learnt some great things on this conference, was in a high state of excitement for 3 days and then crash — down I came the morning after it finished. Why? Because a little question infiltrated itself into my mind ‘What if it doesn’t work?’.
