Abundance in nature

in Jane's Blog

I was walking through the Botanic Gardens in Belfast, turning a corner in the herbaceous border, and suddenly there before me was a spectacular rhododendron bush!

Honestly, it was so amazingly abundant that I was drawn to go closer to it, just as if I were a bee and could sense it’s scent! Often with rhododendrons the bushes are lush, but you can see lots of green leaves too. This one was incredible — so many luscious white blosssoms, falling over themselves to be seen, heavenly!

I thought ‘This is true abundance; I’m drawn to it simply because it’s so beautiful.’ That’s how the law of attraction works — when you see something or someone being abundant, and expressing the energy of that from a genuine place, then you can’t help but want to be with them. It’s like that person you know whom you just like being around — they make you feel good. Anything that makes you feel good from the inside out is good for you (and I’m not talking drink and drugs here!).

So I got to thinking about having myself be as abundant as that rhododendron; I took a photo on my mobile and (when I can work out how to get it printed out!) will have it up on my wall when I get home. To remind me of the essence of abundance, and what it makes me feel like.

Nature’s full of abundance, so find yourself something you feel touched by in this respect, and bring it home with you in some way, as a reminder that you too can be like this.…
