I was sitting in a local cafe overlooking Findhorn Bay, having a RichThinkers planning meeting. I always like to get away from my day to day environment to do this kind of work, as it requires a different kind of thinking. This morning, my thinking was interrupted when a colleague walked in. She’s on one of my weekly Coaching Circles at the moment.
‘Hey Jane! Do you think it could be coincidence that the Circle started yesterday and today I have 2 new clients called me?’ she said, tongue in cheek.

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked (more...)
