New Coaching Circle coming up!

I’m getting very excited about my new phone Success Circle — I’ve had 2 pilots going over the last months, from which I’ve learnt a lot. Not to mention the fact that I love working with groups of people again! Everyone’s getting some individual attention, benefitting from ‘meeting’ other members in the group, and the price is less than one-to-one coaching.

One of the really great practical benefits is that no-one has to go anywhere — everyone gets to sit wherever they like in their own home, unlike face to face groups. No travelling, no parking hassles, no public transport, no petrol costs. Very nice!

For those who’d never been on a call like this before, I think it’s been a revelation at how easy it can be. Of course, there will always be a place for face to face work; the energy dynamics of this make it special in a different way. But it’s amazing how my listening skills get even more focused when I can’t see people’s faces.
