Coaching Circles

Wow! I’ve just started two experimental coaching circles, and I’m loving it!

I’d forgotten how good it is to work with groups of people, and once I’d learnt the etiquette of managing groups on the phone, it works fine! At least I think so -

I’ll be asking the participants for feedback towards the end of our course (4 weeks). I do love being able to respond to people’s individual situations within the context of a topic. We started off with the importance of finding a niche for your self, and this week moved on to pricing of products and services. And all the time, sitting there in the background (of course!) is the question of attitudes and beliefs, and how they infect or inspire, depending on what they are. I feel blessed to be able to pass on some of the things I have learnt, both in the practical, marketing and business sense, and in the area of thinking and feelings. The inner and outer tools of success in fact!

I’m off for a few days now to be an Auntie, visiting my sister and her two small children. Quite a change of scene!
