Limiting yourself — where do you do it?

posted in Heart of RichThinking, Jane's Blog

I have been limiting myself! Hugely! How? By not properly connecting with the work I was doing before as a trainer of Louise L. Hay’s wonderful material. Why was I limiting myself? Because I hadn’t got in touch with the true value of what I have done in the past.

If you don’t know (and why would you, I haven’t really told anyone!) I trained personally with Louise on her last ever training course in 1990, and returned from California to lead successful study groups around the UK and Europe for about 7 years. She has been instrumental in my life, and I had “forgotten”! Wow! Isn’t it amazing what we do to ourselves!

Anyway, she is back now in [read more]

The Sixty Minute Debt Buster

posted in Business Basics, Resources

I was visiting my sister in York recently and while at lunch in a converted church hall (beautiful) I noticed a small book on the table whilst leaving.

“The Sixty Minute Debt Buster — an hour to transform your finances”.

I took a look, and the first thing I read was ‘only carry cash with you’. That was enough for me to buy it, and sure enough that night I did read it in sixty minutes. The advice in it is brilliant if you’re in debt. Very sensible, very easily understood — although it will take you a lot longer than sixty minutes to put what they advise into practice.

Practicing Rich Thoughts

posted in Heart of RichThinking

I recently started to study the Course in Miracles, with a lesson every day. So far, so good. But the last few days have been a challenge, since I’ve been visiting my sister and her family, where the focus is not at all on anything spiritual — more on how to get my 4 year old nephew to go to bed without a fuss.

But one thing that has really worked for me is remembering the lesson during the day, and not only doing that, but using it as a way to remember my latest Rich Thought, which is:

I am so happy and grateful now I have an abundant and continuous income from various different sources.

Coaching Circles

posted in Business Basics, Heart of RichThinking

Wow! I’ve just started two experimental coaching circles, and I’m loving it!

I’d forgotten how good it is to work with groups of people, and once I’d learnt the etiquette of managing groups on the phone, it works fine! At least I think so -

I’ll be asking the participants for feedback towards the end of our course (4 weeks). I do love being able to respond to people’s individual situations within the context of a topic. We started off with the importance of finding a niche for your self, and this week moved on to pricing of products and services. And all the time, sitting there in the background (of course!) is the question of attitudes and beliefs, and [read more]

How to make lots of money fast?

posted in Business Basics, Heart of RichThinking

You know, there are loads of sites out there promising to make you more money in a short period of time. You know the thing — they have headlines like:

“How to Make £100,000 in the next 6 months”

or

“Transform your business into a 6-figure powerhouse with my new method”

I’ve investigated a lot of these sites; some I’ve signed up for, others not. I have learnt a huge amount in the process, (one idea I got formed the basis of my study manual, How To Be A RichThinker: essential inner tools of success) and I don’t doubt that the people serving these sites are genuine. And that there are probably some others out there (as in the testimonials) [read more]
