Financial Collapse, Fear and True Wealth

posted in Heart of RichThinking

I was in tears and despair as I read an article about what’s been happening in America and worldwide.

I don’t usually let myself read the media, because I get too easily infected by negative things. But I had done on this occasion. Wasn’t a good feeling — but it’s resulted in these thoughts.

RichThinking is about finding your own sources of true wealth and setting your life up to experience that on a daily basis.

It’s not just about money, although it includes money. Rather it’s about knowing who you are; choosing to express that in the world in a way that nourishes you and everyone else; having a sense of your own worth; charging accordingly for your work; [read more]

How to Be a RichThinker!

It’s 4.30am. I’m wide awake, have been since 2.30! what on earth is going on?

Well, I’m excited. I woke at 2.30am full of ideas of what to write on my website about my new study manual, How To Be a RichThinker: essential inner tools of success for therapists, coaches and other wellness professionals.

“Oh God! What will I do if Philip drops dead on me?”

This was my first thought the other morning on wakening. Not a great start to the day! Previously, I’d heard about a colleague who had suddenly died, this had reminded me of someone who had also died suddenly last year, and before I knew it I was worrying about what I’d do if my partner died.

Didn’t expect it to have such an impact at the beginning of my day though!

Anyway, I lay there worrying for a while (5 minutes probably) then got out of bed with the intention of going for a walk to ‘clear my head’.

Have you ever noticed that when you’re trying to [read more]
