Answer: The first one is using their mindset FOR them, and the other is using their mindset AGAINST them. So how do you use your mind for you? First of all, read these statements and see if any of them apply to you:

Sitting at the breakfast table this morning, I realised I was ‘trying to get on top of everything’ that has to be done business-wise.
Then I thought
‘What about if there is no everything to get on top of?’
And of course there isn’t. It’s just my perception. Immediately, by changing this thought I am freed from the pressure that comes with the first sentence. Aaaah! Lovely!
Of course, it doesn’t mean I just sit back and take it easy. (Although I could, and then there would be consequences of that). No, it means that I get to revisit what I want to achieve, prioritise it, and then commit to taking action on the priorities.
