Usually we talk about what if… and then what follows is something depressing.
This is a phrase associated with a worry thought, normally, ie what if…I lose my house; what if… I get made redundant; what if…I can’t find a job; what if…no clients come to me; what if…I can’t find consulting rooms.
But what if… this phrase was associated with things that are wonderful?
I’ve discovered an amazing website that suggests this and much more. It’s called the What If Up club. Instead of thinking ‘what if DOWN thoughts, you think what if UP thoughts instead! Talk about Rich Thinking!

Learning from dogs

Just looked at what I wrote in the last post — I was going to leave behind grey, wet and windy weather when doing my workshop in Greece…

Actually the weather was better here in the north of Scotland! I’ve never known Greece like it — it may not have been windy but it was certainly grey and wet. Ah well. However — the workshop was fantastic, went really well, lots of good feedback and I really enjoyed myself.
